WPC 2027 MAIN-EVENT in HELLEVOETSLUIS
September 2027
The World Predator Classic 2026 is in the history books – and it was a year of records.
Exceptional fish, outstanding teams, beautiful weather and an unforgettable atmosphere made this edition truly special. From the spectacular starts in Hellevoetsluis to the final moments on the water, WPC 2026 delivered competition, friendship and emotions at the highest level.
We witnessed a record-breaking 133 cm pike, outstanding perch measuring up to 53 cm and an incredible championship performance completed with the perfect score of just three points.
But the World Predator Classic is about more than results. It is about the international community that comes together every year: anglers competing with passion and respect, partners supporting the event, marshals and volunteers working tirelessly, and friends sharing stories at the docks and on the WPC Marketplace.
Thank you to every participant, partner, sponsor, marshal, volunteer and member of our team. Your contribution made WPC 2026 such a successful and memorable event.
New for 2027: WPC C.A.S.T.
We are pleased to announce the WPC for 2027
Registration for WPC 2027 Is Now Open
The 13th edition of the World Predator Classic will take place in Hellevoetsluis from 27 September to 2 October 2027.
A new chapter is waiting – with intense competition, spectacular predator fishing, a strong international field and a new additional challenge.
New for 2027: WPC C.A.S.T.
For the first time, teams can choose between two ways to compete:
The main WPC classification remains open to all technology permitted by the official rules, including live sonar.
The new voluntary C.A.S.T. classification is for teams choosing to compete without live-sonar technology.
C.A.S.T. teams remain full participants in the World Predator Classic.
Everyone starts together, fishes the same waters and follows the same scoring system. The catches of C.A.S.T. teams count towards both:
the overall WPC leaderboard; and
the additional WPC C.A.S.T. leaderboard.
The highest-ranked team overall becomes the WPC Champion. The highest-ranked eligible C.A.S.T. team becomes the WPC C.A.S.T. Champion, receiving its own fully recognised championship title, trophy and main prize.
And if a C.A.S.T. team wins the overall leaderboard, it takes home both titles.
One WPC. Two ways to prove your skill. One international community.
Whether you choose the latest live-sonar technology or accept the C.A.S.T. challenge, WPC 2027 gives you the stage to compete against Europe’s finest predator anglers. Bring your team. Prepare your boat. Choose your challenge.
