The tension builds early with an official qualifying session. No team is excluded – but only one earns the coveted pole position for 2026.
In the designated pit lane, teams check in and out, take their breaks, and switch anglers. Visitors are welcome here and get a front-row seat to the action – just like at a motorsport event.
One tournament – one community
All teams stay in a brand-new holiday park right on the water. Each house comes with a private mooring spot directly in front – short distances, smooth logistics, and a vibrant sense of community. The atmosphere is friendly, focused, and full of camaraderie.

When do you fish? Who takes the night shift? When is the perfect moment to rest or switch? Teams face 24 hours of nonstop decisions and must find answers in real-time. It’s not just a test of skill – it’s a challenge of planning, teamwork, and timing.

Die WPC 24hrs of Kampen begeistert! Das neue Format schlägt ein wie ein Blitz – und bringt frischen Wind in die europäische Turnierlandschaft. Inspiriert von den legendären 24-Stunden-Rennen auf dem Nürburgring und in Le Mans, erleben Angler hier ein Event, das Ausdauer, Strategie und Teamgeist auf eine ganz neue Ebene hebt.
Qualifying, Boxengasse, Renntaktik – das gibt es nur hier
Schon vor dem Start steigt die Spannung: Im Qualifying ermitteln die Teams ihre Startposition. Niemand scheidet aus – aber wer startet 2026 von der Pole-Position?
In der Boxengasse finden die Teamwechsel, Pausen und das Check-In/Check-Out statt. Besucher sind hautnah dabei und erleben Angel-Action aus nächster Nähe – wie bei einem echten Motorsport-Event.
Ein Turnier – eine Gemeinschaft
Alle Teilnehmer wohnen im brandneuen Ferienpark direkt am Wasser. Jedes Team bezieht ein eigenes Haus mit eigenem Bootsliegeplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Wege sind kurz, der Austausch intensiv – die Stimmung: familiär, sportlich, kameradschaftlich.
Strategie entscheidet
Wer fischt wann? Wer übernimmt die Nachtstunden? Wann lohnt sich eine Pause? Die Teams tüfteln, planen, diskutieren – und zeigen eindrucksvoll, wie vielseitig modernes Turnierangeln sein kann. Die 24 Stunden fordern alles – und fördern echte Teamarbeit.
Gemeinsam genießen
Auch abseits des Angelns überzeugt das Event. Der gemeinsame Grillabend bringt die Community zusammen, beim Cocktail-Abend klingt der erste Turniertag entspannt aus. Es wird gelacht, gefachsimpelt und neue Freundschaften entstehen.

You can compete in two categories
24 hours of fishing requires more than just endurance. It demands entirely new strategies. What is the best time to target specific species? How will teams divide their efforts – who will fish at night, and who will focus on the day? We eagerly anticipate seeing the tactics and skill of Europe’s anglers as they take on this challenge.
